With Twitter you naturally accrue followers, and if your tweets are niched, then there is a good likelihood that you will accrue quality followers that are actually interested in reading your content, which equates to extra traffic.

Note: Onlywire API throttles posts to 5 per member per day, and 1 post per 5 minutes. These throttling rules limit BlogSense’s bookmarking capabilities. Onlywire offers pay accounts that can free you of these restrictions.
