BlogSense provides a way for you to automatically populate custom fields for Wordpress. Many of our users will build a blog that uses a premium wordpress template, and many premium templates have jquery features that require posts to have custom fields and image urls associated with those fields. BlogSense will detect the first image within the post and make that url the value of the custom field. If you are hosting your images on the same server, than the url will be to the same.
